This lighter bodied, juicy and ultra unique wine is an exciting addition to our En Terre offerings. 

En Terre, meaning 'earthen' or 'of the earth' is the embodiment of this special wine project. Grown under Peach Cliff's warmth, this rare Cinsault from our Rock Oven Block was co-fermented with our inaugural harvest of Grenache from Naramata Outlook Vineyard. Combined with Syrah from En Terre's heart, we serendipitously crafted a blend by a stroke of luck - truly a "Coup de Bol"! A celebration of local collaboration and distinctive winemaking, it’s inspired by Da Vinci's adventurous spirit, embodying our commitment to intentional farming.

TASTING NOTES
Bright red fruit character jumps out of the glass. Ripe cherry and red currant, of the co-fermented Grenache and Cinsault shines with the subtle savoury tea and some violet elements from Syrah. This wine is a fun and juicy expression of Grenache from Naramata Outlook and Cinsault from Rock Oven Vineyards, rounding out our En Terre Syrah from the Naramata Bench. 

Also fun with a slight chill and a decant

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Co-fermented Grenache (56%) and Cinsault (18%), in neutral oak barrels. Syrah portion (26%) oak vat-fermented. Blended following malolactic fermentation then aged 9 months in French oak.
