TASTING NOTES
Starting off with aromas of nectarine, jasmine and lemon curd, the palate is then full of fresh fruit - apricot mostly, embraced by marzipan. Vibrant acidity balances the texture and extends the finish on this memorable expression of Viognier from the Raisin D'Etre Vineyard on the Naramata Bench.
WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Gently whole cluster pressed, the juice was drained to two stainless steel vessels and inoculated with two different yeast strains. The juice in one tank was fermented cool, the other one warmer.
